Namah Sivayah All,

We are initiating the process for finalizing the budgetary requirements for the upcoming financial year 2025-2026. Please prepare the necessary details, largely following the pattern as followed last year.

Both hostel wardens need to prepare a detailed requirement list covering hostel infrastructure and operational needs, along with any ongoing issues or difficulties that need to be addressed including camera Coverage etc.

Every department needs to prepare the equipment, field structures or additional facilities, no need to make a detailed split up of consumables or seed materials itemized, make it as total.

The farm managers must develop a realistic budget for any structures or developmental activities, farm bike, vehicle etc. These should focus on essential areas such as crop production, irrigation, and mechanization.

Faculty advisors are required to prepare the budget considering the upcoming seat enhancement to 180 students. Additionally, all concerned departments must factor in the proposed initiation of PG and PhD programs and include the necessary provisions in their respective budgets. The research team should include a component for student's research. FDP coordinator should include component for faculty development activity. All the coordinators, cultural club, Ayudh etc should make respective provions. There needs to be budget for the seed production activities also.
