[ASAgriFaculty] Launch of Mano Layam – Centre for Wellbeing at Arasampalayam Campus

We are pleased to inform you that Mano Layam – Centre for Wellbeing has commenced its services at the Arasampalayam Campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Mano Layam is a dedicated centre offering psychological and emotional wellbeing support to the campus community. The services are open to all students, faculty, and staff.
Services offered include:

  *   Individual counselling
  *   Group sessions
  *   Workshops
  *   Wellbeing and mental health programs

The centre supports individuals who may be:

  *   Struggling with academics or work-related stress
  *   Coping with emotional difficulties, loss, or trauma
  *   Seeking clarity, balance, confidence, or emotional resilience
