[ASAgriNTStaff] Reminder – Mandatory Entry of Daily Work Report in My Amrita (E-Track Portal) - Reg.

Namah Shivaya, All,

This is a reminder with reference to the earlier communication issued by the HR Department regarding the mandatory entry of the “Work Report” in the My Amrita – E-Track portal.

It has been observed that several staff members are not regularly updating their daily work report in the system. All non-teaching staff are once again reminded that entering the daily work report on the same working day is compulsory.

Please note the following:

The Work Report must be updated on the same working day before the end of the day.

Entries will not be permitted on the following day.

If the work report is not entered for a particular day, the day will be treated as Absent.

All staff members are requested to strictly comply with this requirement without fail. The reports will continue to be monitored by the respective Reporting Officers.
